Every project starts with understanding the site and your needs. We will analyse the MEP provision drawings, taking into consideration any existing pain points and your mid to long-term requirements. Our proposal will be aligned to your budget as well as industry best practices and standards.

We understand the importance of a good handover process. This is why we will work closely with your team and consultants, prepare a full set of project documentation (as-built drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manual) you can readily refer to, and conduct a training session to brief the respective end-users.
